Mr. Mwansa Floyd brings 15 years of Research, Program Monitoring and Results Measurement, Program Evaluation, Program Design, Program Management, Contract Management, Contract Administration, and Economic Analysis.

Being a statistician, he has a lot of experience in survey designs, data collection, data analysis, data management and report writing. He has led various research studies with crosscutting research agendas including demand side surveys, geospatial and market access reviews. As an M&E specialist, Floyd has
expertise in building the M&E capacity of grantees in terms of performance management, adherence to donor reporting requirement, building organizational and financial capacities and corporate governance. Floyd has worked for various projects funded by different donors including Millennium Challenge Corporation, USAID, Royal Norwegian Embassy and USADF.

Floyd is a PHD Candidate-Economics (Research) and holds a Master of Science in Economics from the University of Zambia with a BA in Economics and Statistics.
