Mr. Kenny Sondoyi is seasoned developmental practitioner with World Vision. He provides strategic leadership and managerial oversight to more than thirty (30) programme portfolios with over 300 project staff. His expertise in programme portfolio management includes overseeing all aspects of programme and

Project start up, project proposal, assessment and design, implementation, reporting.

Mr. Sondoyi has over 20 years progressive middle and senior level programmes and project Management with varying complexity, different donors interests and mutli- sectoral child focused projects in maternal, child health and nutrition, education, economic development and livelihoods, water, sanitation and hygiene and child protection. Mr. Sondoyi drives annual implementation and delivery of the programmatic strategy with 

approximately annual budget of US$50million. He has also contributed to the development, review and revision of the National Office strategy for strengthened programme quality, execution and accountability.

As an operations leader, he has networked and lead the engagement with key stakeholders that include representatives from funding offices, government, NGOs and other stakeholders in support of successful delivery of programme goals and objectives over the years.

Mr. Sondoyi is a holder of a Master of Arts in Economic Policy Management, BSc in Agriculture Economics and Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). In addition, he holds certifications in project and grant management.
