Ms. PHOEBE MUSONDA
Phoebe is a highly accomplished global executive with extensive experience in supply chain management, logistics, business transformation, and inclusive leadership. She currently serves as the Head of International Direct Fulfillment at Amazon, based in Luxembourg, where she leads strategic fulfillment operations on an international scale.
Before joining Amazon in 2017, Phoebe held senior leadership roles at LafargeHolcim, a US$39 billion multinational construction materials company, where she worked across Switzerland, Zambia, France, and the United Kingdom. During her tenure in Switzerland, she spearheaded the Logistics Excellence (LEX) global transformation program, overseeing a US$5.6 billion logistics operation across multiple markets. From 2012 to 2016, she served as the Supply Chain Director at Lafarge Zambia Plc., where she led operational efficiencies and was the Executive Sponsor of the Affordable Housing Initiative, a program she launched in 2012 to improve housing accessibility.
A proud Zambian national, Phoebe holds a BA (Hons) in Business Economics from Oxford Brookes University (UK), an MBA from Imperial College London, and is an alumnus of Harvard Business School’s Program for Leadership Development (PLD). She is also a Member of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (CIPS).
With 18 years of experience in solving complex operational and business challenges, Phoebe has been instrumental in developing authentic leadership, promoting diversity, and creating programs to support underrepresented groups.
As a Board Member of the Nate Foundation, she brings strategic insight, corporate leadership, and a strong commitment to inclusive development. Her expertise strengthens the Foundation’s mission to empower children with intellectual and developmental disabilities, ensuring sustainable impact and long-term success in advocating for inclusive education, financial resilience, and social equity.
