Phoebe is the Head of International Direct Fulfillment at Amazon, based in Luxembourg. Prior to joining Amazon in 2017, Phoebe worked for LafargeHolcim, a US$39 Billion multinational construction materials company where she held senior positions in Switzerland, Zambia, France and the United Kingdom. In Switzerland, Phoebe managed the Logistics Excellence (LEX) global transformation program covering a US$5.6 Billion global logistics operation. From 2012 to 2016, Phoebe was the Supply Chain Director at Lafarge Zambia Plc. and was the Executive Sponsor of the Affordable Housing Initiative that she launched in 2012.
A Zambian national, Phoebe holds a BA (Hons) Business Economics degree from Oxford Brookes University, UK, is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply, has an MBA from Imperial College London and is an Alumnus of the Harvard Business School where she completed the Program for Leadership Development (PLD). Phoebe has 18 years of experience solving complex operations and business problems. She has also focused on developing authentic leadership within organizations, creating programs and mechanisms to serve under-represented groups.
