Ruth reviews, tracks and monitors legislation that impacts the company’s products and/or processes. She updates Nate Foundation's leadership with timely analysis and summaries of new legislation/regulations affecting the foundation.

She also assists in implementing changes to contracts to comply with legislation/regulations. She is responsible for  supporting the renewing and maintaining of company licensing. Drafting, filing and managing various entity documents and assists to draft legal contracts, correspondence and other documents. She also ensures all statutory documents and ensures proper filing of documents including Management Committee Papers. She ensures compliance and safeguards are adhered with all relevant processes for each program.
